Over the past 18+ years, he has helped clients deliver more than $2 billion in verified EBITDA impact across industrials, telecom, manufacturing, logistics, and services sectors.
Before founding Gunina, Vaibhaw spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where he led large-scale transformation programs spanning operations, supply chain, M&A, and digital initiatives. His leadership on 15+ enterprise-wide programs has consistently accelerated EBITDA growth, improved operational performance, and compressed time-to-impact by 30–40%
